The 7BC Syndicate is an invitation-only co-investment platform for accredited and institutional investors seeking access to high-quality private company investments alongside 7BC Venture Capital.

Members may participate in selected primary financings, growth rounds, and secondary transactions sourced through 7BC's global network of venture capital firms and our portfolio of more than 60 companies. Investment opportunities are first allocated to the 7BC funds and their Limited Partners (LPs). When additional capacity is available, allocations may be offered to approved Syndicate members.

 

The Syndicate provides access to highly curated, often oversubscribed investment opportunities spanning Seed and Series A through late-stage pre-IPO financings, enabling members to invest alongside many of the world's leading venture capital firms.
